Biography

Christopher Reev was an American actor, director, film producer and playwright. He is best known for his role as Superman (Clark Kent) in four films from 1978 to 1987.

In 1995, Reeve paralyzed after a riding accident and spent the rest of his life confined to her wheelchair. He was an advocate for the disabled and for stem cell research.
