Melissa Joan Catherine Hart is an American actress, writer, television director, television producer, singer and businesswoman who is best known for playing the title role in the television series Sabrina Witch.
Hart's career began early. While she was still a baby she participated in her first commercial for a bath toy. After that time, she took a total of 25 commercials before she turned five. She also participated in a mini series for television in the mid-1980s.
Hart recorded two albums as Clarissa This is What 'Na Na' Means and a recording of Peter and the Wolf. The first album was a rock / pop album and did not receive some good reviews, but the second album won a Parents' Coice Award.
Hart started the page on the New York University but never finished. Instead, she took up acting career when she starred in the movie Sabrina the Teenage Witch in 1995. The film was later followed by the television series Sabrina Witch, which lasted for seven seasons. In between, she had a guest role in the TV series Touched by an Angel and starred in several TV movies.
The 19 July 2003 Hart married with musician Mark Wilkerson of the band Course of Nature.
