William Brooke Joyce was a fascist political leader and also propagandist for Nazi Germany throughout World War II, best known as one of the voices behind the nickname Lord Haw-Haw. He was punished to three situations of high treason and implemented. The death sentence was extremely debatable when it questioned whether a state had no right to evaluate anybody for treason if they were not residents of the nation in which the infraction was directed towards. Joyce remained in reality an American person.
