Plot Summary
Aladdin and the King of Thieves is the last installment of Disney's Aladdin trilogy, launched in 1996. The story starts as Aladdin (Scott Weinger) and Jasmine (Linda Larkin) get ready for their wedding, which is disrupted by the Forty Thieves who remain in search of a magical staff. The Oracle, which is inside the personnel, has the power to lead to the "Ultimate Treasure". Aladdin, realizing that the King of Thieves may be his long-lost daddy Cassim (John Rhys-Davies), leaves to discover him and bring him back to Agrabah.

Aladdin's Quest
Aladdin and his pet monkey, Abu, find the secret hideout of the Forty Thieves. Aladdin learns that his dad Cassim is certainly the King of Thieves and had deserted his family in search of the Hand of Midas, an effective artifact that changes anything it touches into gold. Aladdin welcomes Cassim to go back to Agrabah for his wedding event, and he accepts.

Cassim's Betrayal and Redemption
Nevertheless, Cassim's greed leads him back to his old ways, as he tries to steal the Oracle in Agrabah to discover the Hand of Midas. His actions result in arrest, but Aladdin helps him escape jail. Feeling regretful, Cassim returns the Oracle and, with the aid of Aladdin, Iago (Gilbert Gottfried), and Abu, they set off to recover the Hand of Midas from the sea. Cassim lastly understands that his obsession for treasure robbed him of the real treasure, his relationship with his son, Aladdin.

About the Villain
In this film, the arch-villain is Sa'Luk (Jerry Orbach), a harsh and savage member of the Forty Thieves who abhors Cassim. After failing to murder Aladdin to take control of the Forty Thieves, Sa'Luk controls the Thieves into believing Cassim betrayed them, turning them versus him.

The Climax
In the climax, Sa'Luk confronts Aladdin, Jasmine, and Cassim, resulting in a fight where Sa'Luk takes the Hand of Midas. Aladdin tricks him into touching the Hand of Midas, which turns him into a gold statue. Either in justice or in mercy, the statue is kicked into the sea by Cassim.

Conclusion
With the villain defeated, Cassim decides to leave on another adventure to compensate his previous deeds, promising Aladdin they'll meet again. Aladdin and Jasmine lastly celebrate their wedding, experienced by their pals, the Genie (Robin Williams), and even the Oracle, who provides them a vision of their intense future together. The movie ends with the signature song "Arabian Nights", signaling an ending to the Aladdin trilogy.

Disney's Aladdin and the King of Thieves serves to conclude Aladdin's adventure, carrying the message of familial bonds, redemption, and the truth that the most valuable treasures aren't material ones. The motion picture successfully integrates humor, action, and deeply emotional moments that both captivate and move viewers of all ages.
