Plot Summary
The movie revolves around two protagonists who are both bilkers called Smiley and Lee. They commence the story in Arizona, where they trick people into taking part in a fake lotto. A news article draws the attention of their activity, and they decide to lay low in order not to attract cops attention. They make the relocation east, ending up in New York City where they frame a millionaire with a gorgeous woman.

Smiley and Lee come across Lynn Mason, chose to play the role of a gorgeous girl. Lynn, an ambitious actress desperate for work, unintentionally enters into their con strategy. At first, she presumes they're legitimate Broadway producers and thinks this is an efficiency gig. The con is to draw the abundant man into a compromising circumstance with Lynn, then blackmail him for cash.

Weaves
As anticipated in an excellent criminal activity film, the narrative takes a series of twists. Lee, touched by Lynn's innocence, begins to have a change of mind about including her in the con. He confesses to her the fact about their plot planning to delay Lynn from their operation. Rather of running away, Lynn chooses to play along, intending to out-cunning the bilkers and serving them to the authorities.

Both couples, Lee and Lynn, Smiley and Millie, choose to connect knots, bringing the movie to a cheerful close. The bilkers have discovered their lessons, reformed, and are committing now to a sincere life.

"Arizona to Broadway" is a mix of drama, criminal offense, and some funny, offering outstanding performance from the cast, particularly James Dunn (Lee) and Joan Bennett (Lynn). Director James Tinling does a sufficient task of concluding criminal activity, humor, and love in one plot, although the movie had actually received combined evaluations, some praising its entertainment value while others criticise it for absence of depth. Mainly, it's a light-hearted and entertaining film to enjoy.
