Introduction
"Bad Frank" is a thrilling independent film launched in 2017. Directed by Tony Germinario, the motion picture brings a new point of view to the mental thriller category. The titular character, Frank, is brilliantly depicted by Kevin Interdonato, who delivers a chilling performance that brings the entire film.

Plot
Frank Pierce leads a relatively common life. He is a genial, caring man with a charming partner, wed for a couple of years without kids. Nevertheless, Frank experiences a serious medical condition which challenges his typical lifestyle. His illness leads to dangerous bouts of released violence, turning him into an unrecognizable force of craze and damage.

Frank's life takes an ominous turn when his father-in-law provides him a briefcase to keep safe. The case is taken by Frank's old acquaintance Travis, portrayed by Brandon Heitkamp, who is uninformed of his mental illness. After finding that Travis has taken the case, Frank's anger triggers his condition.

The Theatrics of Madness
Frank's alternate personality, the "Bad Frank", is raw, unflinching, and alarmingly real. He is not in control of his actions, highlighting the horrific nature of his disorder. In spite of the damage he causes, even on those he loves, it becomes increasingly tough for the audience to completely condemn him as the bad guy.

Climax
The climax of the film is a climactic fight in between Frank and Mickey Duro, played by Tom Sizemore, who is connected to Frank's past and the stolen briefcase. The last scenes stand out and intense, feeding the audience's anxiety as they root for Frank, in spite of his scary transformation.

Conclusion
"Bad Frank" is essentially a dark journey into the mind of a guy battling with his unrestrained violent instincts due to his incapacitating condition. It's an expedition of the human struggle for normalcy amidst mental illness. The performances, particularly that of Kevin Interdonato as Frank, are intensely riveting and painfully human, making the title an apt representation of the complex protagonist.
