Introduction
"CyberTracker" is an American sci-fi action film directed by Richard Pepin in 1994. Embed in an unnerving dystopian future world, the plot revolves around a Secret Service agent who is framed for murder and subsequently pursued by a near-indestructible, fatal cyborg. The movie stars Don "The Dragon" Wilson, Richard Norton, Stacie Foster, Steve Burton and Abby Dalton.

Plot Setting
"CyberTracker" unfolds in Los Angeles in the year 2005, where sophisticated innovation governs social operations, and human-like androids, called CyberTrackers, serve the law. Established by the CyberCore Corporation, the Trackers keep an enforcement program, instantly sentencing and performing bad guys based upon gathered evidence.

Plot Conflict
Eric Phillips (Don Wilson), an elite Secret Service representative, falls under a schemed plot. After an assassination effort on Senator Dilly (John Aprea), Phillips is falsely accused of the senator's murder. Caught in a web of deceit, he ends up being a target for a lethal CyberTracker who becomes unrelenting in its effort to perform him based on the problematic charge.

Plot Progression
After surviving numerous chases after and comes across, Phillips joins forces with a perky television press reporter, Connie (Stacie Foster), who believes in the conspiracy against Phillips. Together, they reveal a fatal plan aiming to change trusted politicians with android replicates. Senator Dilly, now exposed to be a cybernetic clone, plans to manage the city utilizing the CyberTrackers.

Climax and Resolution
Phillips and Connie partner with rogue researcher Jared (Steve Burton), who was instrumental in producing CyberTrackers. Together, they penetrate the CyberCore Corporation, battling numerous android soldiers. Ultimately, they manage to confront and destroy the replica of Senator Dilly, disrupting the operation. The movie concludes with Phillips finally escaping the CyberTracker's pursuit and ensuring the android threat's failure.

Reception
"CyberTracker" is considered a cult classic for fans of 90s dystopian action films. Despite it having a low budget, the film's unique effects, extreme action scenes and Don Wilson's martial arts efficiency included considerable value. Some critiques, however, point at its less-than-stellar movie script and a common Sci-Fi storyline marked by predictability and clichéd aspects.

Sequel and Legacy
The film's relative success prompted a follow up, "CyberTracker 2" in 1995, likewise directed by Richard Pepin, and starred Don "The Dragon" Wilson repeating his lead function. The sequel continues the narrative of the cybernetically boosted law enforcement system, with Eric Phillips again warding off a fatal conspiracy.

Conclusion
"CyberTracker" stands apart as an entertaining specimen of 90s B-grade sci-fi. Despite its financial restrictions and a predictable plotline, the movie effectively provides an amazing combination of action and sci-fi components that both entertain and engage viewers. Especially for fans of martial arts and cybernetic warfare, "CyberTracker" stays an interesting addition to the category.
