In 1957, Evan Rendell flees after his father is lynched for killing multiple patients in his effort to find a replacement heart for his ailing wife. After 35 years, Evan escapes from a mental institution and returns to town for revenge, killing off residents one by one. When Jennifer and her friends break into the Rendell house out of morbid curiosity, Evan notices Jennifer has a heart condition similar to his mother and decides to make her his final victim.

Plot Summary

Meet Dr. Giggles

When Jennifer and her sweetheart Max find Dr. Giggles' burrow, the physician records Jennifer. After a series of clashes, Max and Jennifer's dad rescue her, and Dr. Giggles is seemingly killed.

Conclusion
However, in the medical facility where Jennifer is receiving her actual heart surgery, it's revealed that Dr. Giggles somehow made it through and infiltrates the operating room in an attempt to 'operate' on Jennifer himself; however Jennifer's daddy manages to eliminate him for excellent. The movie ends with Jennifer's effective heart surgery and recovery.

"Dr. Giggles" integrates twisted humor with horror elements, including a psychopathic physician with a cooling laugh as the bad guy.
