The movie concludes with a twist where, remarkably, Cam returns back to Chuck. She admits that she broke up with him since she was scared of her feelings, and not due to the fact that of finding someone else. Menstruation was proven to be just a coincidence and they wind up together, showing a pleased ending for the couple.
