Upon hearing constable Sam Brown's offer of a big monetary benefit for the capture of Alameda Slim, Maggie convinces Grace and Mrs. Caloway to set out on an objective to capture the rustler. They believe that the bounty from his arrest might provide the much-needed funds to save their beloved house.

Throughout their journey, the trio deals with various challenges. They come across a bunny named Lucky Jack and a horse named Buck, both of whom have their own personal grudges against Slim. In spite of the squirrels, Willie brothers, and an overeager horse named Buck complicating their quest, Maggie, Mrs. Caloway, and Grace handle to penetrate Slim's hideout successfully.

Climax & Conclusion
In a gripping climax, the cows handle to expose Slim's crooked plan of buying all the land he's been taking at a government auction. During the auction, Slim is unmasked and the sheriff arrests him while the benefit cash is used to pay off the past due home loan, hence saving Patch of Heaven. Dollar initially receives credit for Slim's capture up until Maggie, Mrs. Caloway, and Grace supply correct evidence of their heroic deeds. Finally, they return home triumphantly, understanding their farm is safe due to their figured out efforts.
