Plot

In a desert junkyard, the tachyon amplifier opens a time warp that draws them into an alternate universe. They realize they have landed in a world filled with harmful creatures like dinosaurs and smart primate-like beings called Pakuni, along with a hostile race of reptilian Sleestaks.

Adventure in the Alternate Universe
In the parallel universe, they come across a friendly primate "Cha-Ka" who assists them make it through. The trio likewise stumbles upon a giant primate named "Grumpy" and in some way gets the extra-large dinosaur under their control.
