This is the premise of a totally plausible conspiracy theory that takes us to swinging sixties London, where a stubborn CIA agent will never find Kubrick but is forced to team up with a lousy manager of a seedy rock band to develop the biggest con of all time.

Johnny, trying to pay off his debt, pretends to be Kubrick's manager and persuades Kidman to offer him the money implied for Kubrick's fake shooting. Kidman, tricked by their plan, turn over the money.

Development of the Plot
Johnny spends the cash meant for Kubrick and after that realizes the seriousness of his deceptiveness. To avoid the rage of Kidman, Johnny and Leon decide to movie the fake moon landing themselves.
