Plot
The movie opens with the finding of an abandoned child young boy in the Arizona desert by 2 prospectors, Jeff Cameron (George O'Brien) and Cash Holbrook (Ray Whitley). Not able to decide on who must take the kid, their disagreement causes a bitter fallout and a competition that lasts for years. Jeff raises the kid, whom he names Bill, revealing him the truthful and difficult way of living.

Rivalry and Love
The competition in between the 2 old good friends escalifies when Holbrook's males begin stealing the supply of water of Cameron's cattle leading to hazardous conflicts. Adding to the stress and confusion, a stunning woman called Mary Ellen gets here in town who, unbeknownst to Bill, is Cash's child.
