What if you knew you were going to die tomorrow? How would you spend your last day? Well Amber and Jade do know because they plan to kill themselves and record their last 24 hours. Haunted by the untimely death of her mother Maria and the searing betrayal of Ace, her first true love, Jade Evans finds herself giving up on life. Then, when her beloved counselor Lexi dies, Jade believes she has nothing left to live for.

Amber loses her virginity to her sweetheart, Johnny, while Jade exposes that she's a lesbian and in love with Amber in the video. As the time nears, Amber and Jade share their deepest secrets, fears and last desires. Amber asks Jade to kill her first, so she does not need to watch her die. Nevertheless, unable to follow through with it, Jade instead tries suicide. In the end, their story comes to a heartbreaking conclusion as they think their only way out is to stop their existence.
