Boris and Natasha somehow manage to crossover into reality and team up with Fearless Leader, an evil criminal turned media mogul with some evil plans up his sleeve. Rocky and Bullwinkle must stop the three of them before they wreak havoc.

Introduction

Plot

She tries to pull Rocky and Bullwinkle into the real life using a film script to restore them. After various efforts, she lastly handles to bring them into the human domain. The 3 of them set on a mission to save America from Fearless Leader and his sidekicks' mind-controlling scheme.

Road to Washington
The journey to Washington D.C., where they mean to stop the broadcast of RBTV, is filled with many challenges and roadblocks produced by Boris and Natasha. The duo even tries to screw up Rocky and Bullwinkle by linking them in a chicken-heist case. Nevertheless, Rocky and Bullwinkle handle to avert them on numerous events and even motivate an university student to withstand the low-quality material on RBTV.

Last Clash and Resolution
In the end, the heroes get here in Washington and manage to penetrate RBTV's head office, only to be caught. Nevertheless, Rocky escapes and interrupts the bad guys' broadcast, changing it with Bullwinkle's speech that breaks the hypnotic spell. Karen utilizes a virus to send Fearless Leader, Boris, and Natasha back into the animated world, thus saving the day. The film ends on a high note, with Rocky, Bullwinkle, and Karen being praised for their brave efforts.
