Plot

Dealing with various challenges, they eventually discover it just to realize that it possesses no power. They find Drazen's intention was not the artifact, however to manipulate them into a trap and capture Mathayus.

Last Confrontation
Back in Norvania, Drazen usurps the throne and arrests Queen Sorrell. After escaping captivity, Mathayus and Valina put together an army to retake Norvania from Drazen. They manage to beat Drazen's forces and free Queen Sorrell. Mathayus confronts Drazen and exposes the artifact was a sophisticated hoax implied to expose his treachery. In the last combat, Mathayus subdues Drazen and restores balance to Norvania.

Conclusion
The supreme forces for excellent and unity originate from Mathayus and Valina's dedication to justice, not from legendary objects. In the last scene, Valina, stating her right as bloodline nobility, assumes the throne and rules Norvania. Mathayus, who refuses the offer to work as the captain of the guard, sets off for a brand-new adventure. The film stresses the significance of genuineness, courage, and worthy objectives over deceitful power and tyranny.
