Introduction
The 2015 movie "Victor Frankenstein" is a dark, thrilling re-imagination of Mary Shelley's classic novel 'Frankenstein.' Directed by Paul McGuigan, the film stars James McAvoy as Victor Frankenstein and Daniel Radcliffe as Igor, the hunchbacked assistant. The movie revolves around their complex and unstable relationship as they produce and contend with dangerous animals. The movie script is written by Max Landis and the story is simply from Igor's perspective.

Plot
The story begins with Igor, an oppressed circus employee who aspires to be a physician. After showcasing an excellent understanding of anatomy during a circus accident, Igor is acknowledged by Victor Frankenstein, a potential medical student. Victor rescues Igor from the circus and takes him to his estate where he reveals his experiments to reanimate dead organisms.

Victor's initial experiment, a humanoid named 'Prometheus,' is a failure. He encourages Igor to assist him develop a new animal by utilizing more appropriate body parts, which leads them into stealing bodies from various sources. The endeavour draws in the attention of Inspector Turpin, who gets suspicious of Victor's objectives and begins a staunch investigation into his activities.

Conflicts and Revelations
The relationship between Victor and Igor grows turbulent and complicated, with Victor displaying jealousy, fixation, and inhumane qualities. Lorelei, Igor's love and former circus buddy, is worried about him, enhancing the stress.

On the other hand, Turpin's dogged investigation brings him to Victor's mansion, where he finds the experiments. A conflict ensues and Turpin loses his hand but escapes. He reports Victor's activities, leading to a warrant for his arrest.

Production and Catastrophe
Victor and Igor manage to bring their development, a two-bodied monster named 'Gordon,' to life through a fancy procedure involving lightning. Amidst the madness, Turpin storms into their lab with a group of police officers. In the ensuing turmoil, Victor is fatally injured and Turpin is killed by 'Gordon.'.

Igor attempts to conserve Victor by transferring the life from Gordon to him, thus killing the beast. The experiment achieves success, and Victor is restored while 'Gordon' passes away.

Conclusion
In the end, Victor and Igor part methods. Victor offers a new identity to Igor, releasing him from his past, and asks him to live a normal life, while he chooses to continue his eccentric experiments alone. The movie concludes on a threatening note as Victor commences creating a new animal, recommending his consistent fixation with reanimating life.

Total Review
"Victor Frankenstein" is a special retelling displaying the push-pull dynamic between Igor and Victor. Both McAvoy and Radcliffe are commendable, recording the unpredictability and radiance of their respective characters. With its gothic visual and fast-paced plot, the movie offers an appealing mix of scary, drama, and action. However, it does not have the philosophical depth present in Shelley's work. In spite of this, the film handles to hold its facility firmly, providing an unique take on the traditional tale of male playing God.
