This double standard is reflective of the patriarchal society we reside in, where males are seen as more effective and women are seen as weaker and more susceptible. This quote functions as a tip that we need to pursue gender equality and not evaluate individuals differently based on their gender. We need to aim to deal with everybody equally and not hold different standards for men and women.
