"Become a fixer, not just a fixture"

This quote by Anthony J. D'Angelo urges individuals to take an active duty in their lives as well as not just be material with being a passive observer. By being a "fixer," one is taking effort and proactively working to boost their situation and the situation of those around them. This can mean taking on a leadership duty, offering, or just assisting a close friend in requirement. It is very important to identify that all of us have the power to make a difference which we need to not be material with simply being a "fixture" in life. Doing something about it and also being a "fixer" can bring about positive change as well as development in our lives and the lives of those around us.
