This could imply offering additional help or support to somebody in need, or heading out of our method to make someone's day a little more vibrant. It could also imply offering a service that is not part of our job description, but that we do out of the generosity of our hearts. Eventually, this quote motivates us to believe beyond our commitments and to try to find methods to serve others in meaningful methods. Doing so can make a long lasting impression and can be a terrific source of satisfaction for both the provider and the receiver.
