This quote by James Cash Penney stresses the value of taking action in order to make development. Theory is a great starting point, but it is only important when it is implemented. Concepts and strategies are just beneficial when they are carried out and used. Without action, theory is simply an idea that will never ever pertain to fulfillment. This quote encourages us to take the needed steps to make our ideas a truth. It is insufficient to simply think of something, we need to act in order to make it happen. Theory is a terrific foundation, but it is only valuable when it is put into practice.
