This quote by Carl Jung speaks with the idea that we often trick ourselves through pride. We may think that we are doing the ideal thing, or that we are in control of our lives, however deep down, our conscience knows that something is off. This still, little voice is our inner wisdom, and it is trying to tell us that something is out of balance. We might be too proud to admit it, however our conscience is trying to inform us that we need to make a modification. We require to take an action back and take a look at our lives objectively, and make the required changes to get back on track. We should not neglect this still, small voice, as it is our inner guide to living a more well balanced and satisfying life.
