He is suggesting that her remarks should not be taken lightly which we need to do something about it to address them. He is also recommending that her comments must be considered when deciding whether or not to appoint her to the Supreme Court, as it is a lifetime appointment. Eventually, Limbaugh is recommending that we need to not overlook her remarks, but rather face her with them and hold her accountable for her words.
