User Data Deletion

We take privacy seriously. If you would like us to delete personal data that may be associated with you, you can request deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

Please contact us and include enough information for us to find your data, such as:

• Your name (if you previously submitted it)
• Your email address (if you previously submitted it)
• Links to any pages or submissions you want us to review (optional but helpful)

What we can delete

• Contact or submission data: Information you voluntarily send through our forms (for example, contact messages or quote suggestions), where applicable.
• Account-related data: If you have an account in our admin systems, we can remove or anonymize personal fields where applicable.

What we typically can't delete

• Aggregated statistics: We may keep anonymized or aggregated metrics that do not identify you.
• Shortlist data: Your shortlist is stored in your own browser (localStorage). You can delete it by clearing your browser site data or using the Shortlist “Clear” action.

Timing

We will confirm your request and process it within a reasonable time, subject to verification and legal/operational requirements.
