Plot

As news of the impending asteroid strike reach earth verified by Buck, a one-eyed weasel who acts as the herd's 'resident Geotopian,' the stakes escalate. The approaching catastrophe prompts the herd to activate and find an option.

Challenges and Solutions
Driven by Buck's theory, the herd thinks that the asteroid's most likely effect spot is at the 'Crash Site' where previous asteroids have actually struck. Buck's theory presumes that the magnetic homes of the crystals embedded within the asteroids might have drawn them towards this place overtime.

Taking a trip to the crash website, they come across different hickeys, including a colorful and enlightened society living in Geotopia. These relatively young, immortal residents led by Shangri Llama, are ultimately exposed as aged figures whose youth are preserved by the crystals' energy.

The herd persuades the Geotopians to surrender their crystals to assist in diverting the asteroid. On the other hand, Sid meets Brooke, falls head over heels in love and ends up being engaged, adding a dose of romance to the story.

Ending
In a daring minute, Buck directs the 'Ultimate' strategy, which includes utilizing the crystals to draw in and divert the asteroid away from earth. All at once, Scrat, throughout his space escapades, pushes the asteroid away using a flying dish. Subsequently, the asteroid directly misses earth, and the herd is conserved from impending doom.

The movie concludes with a neat wrap of character arcs. Manny finally accepts Julian into the household, Peaches and Julian get wed, and Sid's brand-new love, Brooke, signs up with the herd.
