This quote by Martin Luther King Jr. speaks to the importance of leadership. An authentic leader is not somebody who simply follows the consensus of individuals, however somebody who is able to shape and affect the agreement. A real leader is not scared to challenge the status quo and decide for what they think in. They are not afraid to take dangers and make undesirable choices in order to produce favorable change. A genuine leader is not scared to stand up for what is right and to challenge the opinions of others. They are not scared to take a stand and to lead by example. A genuine leader is someone who has the ability to bring individuals together and to develop an agreement that is advantageous for all. They are able to highlight the best in individuals and to produce a merged vision for the future. An authentic leader is somebody who has the ability to inspire and motivate others to interact towards a typical objective.
