A leader is someone who can influence and encourage others to take threats and try new things. They have the capability to see possible in people and circumstances that others might not. A leader is someone who can draw out the best in individuals and assist them reach their complete potential. They are able to produce a vision and rally individuals around it. A leader is somebody who can take a group of people to places they would not go by themselves, and in doing so, help them reach their goals.
