A leader who just counts on the experience of their people will not be able to advance and will stay stagnant. On the other hand, a leader who has more experience than their people risks of not being comprehended. It is very important for a leader to be able to bridge the gap between their experience which of their people in order to achieve success. A leader should be able to understand the requirements and perspectives of their individuals while likewise having the ability to supply assistance and direction based upon their own experience. This balance is important for a leader to be able to successfully lead their people.
