Courage is the strength to face our worries and to do what is right, even when it is challenging. It is the nerve to defend what our company believe in, even when it is out of favor. Guts is the capability to take threats and to make tough decisions, even when we are uncertain of the outcome. Guts is the willingness to take a stand and to eliminate for what is right, even when it is out of favor. Simply put, guts is the kind of every virtue at the screening point.
