In that mode, you don’t meet reality; you meet your mental model of it. And you don’t meet your mind either; you meet its outputs, the stream of judgments you mistake for an inner self.

The second sentence flips the frame. “Study reality without using your mind” isn’t a call to become brainless; it’s a critique of grasping.
