England’s monarchy is defensible because it serves the nation’s interests; if other crowns don’t, the affection is not owed. Kossuth threads a needle between respecting national sovereignty and asserting a moral standard for governance. He’s selling revolution as a local corrective, not a universal blueprint, and inviting Britons to recognize that their loyalty is conditional too - just dressed up as tradition.
