This is not to state that we need to not attempt to convince them, but rather that we should not expect them to be swayed by reason. Instead, we must focus our efforts on those who are open to factor and going to think about different perspectives. By doing so, we can make development and produce a better world. Eventually, this quote is a suggestion that we must not squander our time attempting to encourage those who are not open to factor, but rather focus our efforts on those who are.
