Coaches frequently need to make difficult decisions when gamers they were counting on to be significant pieces of a puzzle are no longer readily available. In these cases, it can be hard to make the essential modifications to the team's strategy and tactical plan. This can be especially difficult when the player was expected to be an essential factor to the group's success. Coaches must be able to believe on their feet and come up with imaginative solutions to change the missing out on player. It is a difficult task, however one that coaches need to be prepared to face.
