While differences between young and old persist, particularly around worldview and pace of change, they no longer seem insurmountable. Communication is easier and values often overlap, with mutual respect becoming increasingly common. Frantz’s observation suggests that greater interaction, adaptability, and shared interests have led to a period where generational differences are acknowledged, but not exaggerated, allowing for more cohesive relationships between people of all ages.
