This quote by Lewis Thomas talks to the idea that mistakes are a fundamental part of the human experience. We are all imperfect and prone to making errors, however this is not necessarily a bad thing. Errors can be viewed as chances for development and knowing. They can assist us to become more aware of our own restrictions and to develop much better methods for dealing with them. Errors can also be viewed as an indication of durability, as we are able to acknowledge our mistakes and take steps to correct them. Eventually, mistakes belong of life and should be welcomed as such. They can help us to become more self-aware and to establish better problem-solving abilities. By accepting our mistakes and learning from them, we can progress versions of ourselves.
