We are so concentrated on what has actually currently taken place that we forget to look ahead and prepare for the future. This can be harmful, as it can lead to us making choices that are not in our best interest. We need to be mindful of the past, however likewise be willing to take risks and seek to the future. We must want to take calculated risks and be open to new ideas and possibilities. We must be willing to let go of the past and welcome the future. We need to be willing to take threats and be open to alter. We need to be willing to drive into the future with our eyes on the roadway ahead, not simply searching in the rearview mirror.
