Lisa Anne Loeb was born on March 11, 1968, in Bethesda, Maryland, USA. Raised in a household of music fans, she grew up in Dallas, Texas. Her daddy, Peter Loeb, was a gastroenterologist, while her mother, Gail Loeb, was the president of the Dallas County Medical Society Alliance and Foundation.
