Overview
"Baggage Claim" is a 2013 American romantic comedy movie directed by David E. Talbert and produced by Steven J. Wolfe and David E. Talbert. It stars Paula Patton, Derek Luke, and Taye Diggs, to name a few. The movie was launched by Fox Searchlight Pictures.

Plot
The story focuses on Montana Moore (played by Paula Patton), a 30-something flight attendant who remains in a rush to get married. Maturing with an overbearing mother continuously advising her of the significance of marriage, Montana feels the pressure to get married before her more youthful sis, who's simply revealed her engagement.

Main Storyline
Montana is dedicated to discovering "Mr. Right" within 30 days to introduce him to her household at her sis's wedding. With her 2 friends, Gail (Jill Scott) and Adam (Adam Brody), she hatches a strategy to revisit her previous relationships during her cross-country flights to discover a possible husband amongst her exes. She consequently becomes involved in a series of funny misadventures as she experiences her past fans.

Along her journey, Montana crosses courses with a politically enthusiastic old flame, Langston (Taye Diggs), a wealthy way of life guru Damon Diesel (Trey Songz), and a hotel tycoon Quinton Jamison (Djimon Hounsou). Nevertheless, with each encounter, Montana starts to realize that these previous relationships stopped working for a reason and, maybe, marrying them isn't what she desires.

Conclusion
Throughout her mission, Montana overlooked her long-time buddy and neighbor, William Wright (Derek Luke). William has constantly been helpful, caring, and present in such a way others weren't. As the story advances, Montana finds herself slowly drawn toward William, coming to realize that the love she had actually been chasing after in different cities was right next door all along.

In the end, Montana abandons her plan, realizing that it's not about the pressure to get wed, but about finding the right person who truly likes and understands her. She ends up proclaiming her love to William and discovers her pleased ending with him.
