When an impulsive boy named Kenai is magically transformed into a bear, he must literally walk in another's footsteps until he learns some valuable life lessons. His courageous and often zany journey introduces him to a forest full of wildlife, including the lovable bear cub Koda, hilarious moose Rutt and Tuke, woolly mammoths and rambunctious rams.

Introduction
"Brother Bear" is a 2003 American animated musical experience movie produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation. This captivating film, directed by Aaron Blaise and Robert Walker, is the 44th animated function in the Walt Disney Animation Studios Classic Series. The story unfolds around Kenai, a young Indian kid who is transformed into a bear due to the fact that of a strange occasion that activates spiritual processes.

Plot
The plot starts with 3 siblings-- Kenai, Denahi and Sitka-- living a quiet life in the post-Ice Age. Kenai, the youngest of the three, abhors bears after one takes his basket of fish. Throughout his coming of age ceremony, he receives a pendant with a bear-shaped totem, signifying love, which he dislikes. On a revenge mission after the bear returned, the bros participate in a battle resulting in the earliest brother, Sitka's sacrifice to save his siblings. Angry and aggrieved, Kenai pursues and kills the bear.

The Transformation
As a result, the spirits, specifically the spirit of Sitka, transforms Kenai into a bear to teach him a lesson. Just by living like a bear does Kenai gradually gain understanding, empathy, and love for the animals he earlier abhored. His middle bro, Denahi, misinterprets the change, believing the bear (Kenai) killed his bro, hence swears to hunt him down.

Life as a Bear
Kenai rapidly adapts to being a bear and befriends a bear cub named Koda. Together, they embark on a journey to a salmon run (bear event). On their journey, Kenai learns more about brotherly love and the significance of bonds from Koda, who shares his stories about his mother unknowingly, Kenai's victim. This revelation fills Kenai with regret and dread.

Resolution
The climax builds up when Kenai and Koda arrive at the salmon run and reunite with other bears, including Tanana (the village shaman) and a set of funny moose called Rutt and Tuke. Here, Kenai confesses to Koda that he killed his mother. Heartbroken, Koda escapes, and Kenai leaves the bear gathering to become a human again.

Just as Kenai is about to be changed back to a human, Denahi gets here and attempts to eliminate him (still as a bear), thinking he's avenging his sibling's death. In the heat of the conflict, Koda go back to help Kenai, prompting him to choose in between staying a bear to take care of Koda or end up being a human once again. Kenai chooses to remain a bear.
