Dutton Hatfield, played by Jeff Speakman, is working for the American embassy. He finds himself inside a biochemical weapon laboratory when terrorists headed by Colonel Baron (played by TimeCop villain Ron Silver) take over the place. Baron is looking for a sample of a deadly virus that is being developed inside the facility.

Plot
Jeff Speakman plays the character of Dutton Hatfield, a security officer for the American embassy in Israel. He gets entangled in a high-stake scenario when a group of Middle Eastern terrorists take his embassy in a bid to steal a bacterial weapon held there. The opposing group is led by Nassib (Ron Silver), who wants to utilize this lethal virus to bring about his devious strategies.

Once the terrorists start their attack, Dutton instantly understands the gravity of the circumstance. He understands that if the contagion is let loose, it could result in a worldwide pandemic. Dutton needs to battle through the gotten into embassy, coming in person with deadly terrorists, all the while securing Jessica (Rochelle Swanson), a researcher and the only one who understands how to neutralize the fear virus.

The high-octane climax is an extreme face-off between Dutton and Nassib, with extremely choreographed fight scenes infused with martial arts moves, even more raising the strength of the movie. After a long and gruelling fight, Dutton finally overcomes Nassib, neutralizes the risk, and saves Jessica and the world by avoiding the outbreak of the lethal infection.

The film ends with Dutton being hailed as a hero and reaffirming the inherent human spirit and the ability to fight versus even the most dangerous of odds.
