Deadly Sibling Rivalry (2011)

Two twins lead separate lives since one of them blamed the other for the accidental death of his father. Years later, one carries a conventional family life while the other has a life of excess. When the first has an accident and is in a coma, the other does not scruple to take over her identity and steal her life.

When Callie suffers a head injury and falls into coma after an automobile mishap, Janna, feeling guilty about their relationship, provides to look after her.

Nevertheless, in a shocking twist, it's revealed that Callie has deceived everybody. Adopting her sibling's identity, Callie tries to take Janna's life. Callie effectively persuades Janna's family, good friends, and co-workers that she is Janna.
