Introduction
"Justice League: Doom" is a 2012 direct-to-video animated superhero film, featuring the DC Comics superhero team, the Justice League. The movie is loosely based on the "JLA: Tower of Babel" story from the Justice League of America comics series. The plot centers on Vandal Savage's plot to exterminate the greater part of the human population and start a new civilization.

Plot
"Justice League: Doom" begins with Batman's contingency plans, designed to neutralize his fellow Justice League members if they turn rogue, falling into the hands of the villains. The immortal Vandal Savage takes these plans and rebuilds a brand-new Legion of Doom to take down the Justice League.

Justice League Members and Their Adversaries
The Justice League members in this movie consist of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, and Cyborg. The adversaries or members of the Legion of Doom are Mirror Master, Cheetah, Bane, Star Sapphire, Metallo, Ma'alefa'ak and Vandal Savage.

Essential Developments
The bad guys utilize Batman's stolen strategies efficiently, disabling each superhero one by one. However, the heroes eventually overcome their respective tribulations and reunite. Batman deduces and exposes Vandal Savage's plot to wipe out most of the mankind and create a paradise in the world. This master strategy is named "Project: Doom".

Last Confrontation
The Justice League infiltrates the Legion of Doom's base, and an intense battle takes place. The film climaxes with the superheroes beating their respective bad guys. Batman beats Bane, Green Lantern overcomes Star Sapphire, Martian Manhunter defeats Ma'alefa'ak, The Flash outmaneuvers Mirror Master, Wonder Woman beats Cheetah, and Superman takes down Metallo.

On the other hand, Cyborg handles to deflect the rocket off-course that Vandal Savage planned to use to produce a solar flare, hence preventing the genocidal plan. After the objective's resolution, Batman resigns from the Justice League since his contingency strategies triggered so much damage. However, Superman hands him an envelope with cash in it, indicating that he needs to reconstruct the Batcave and advising him that the League needs him.

Conclusion
"Justice League: Doom" preserves an engaging story by showcasing the private strengths and vulnerabilities of each superhero, therefore humanizing them. It implicitly highlights the values of trust, team effort, and accountability through the characters' interactions and the effects of their choices. By successfully juxtaposing the League's unity with the bad guys, the film strengthens the classic narrative that great triumphs over evil. While the climax might be considered foreseeable, it efficiently underscores the narrative tension and supplies an acceptable resolution. Additionally, the film uses a thought-provoking expedition of the theme of contingency planning's risks, as shown by Batman's taken strategies.
