Lilo, Stitch, Jumba, and Pleakley have finally caught all of Jumba's genetic experiments and found the one true place where each of them belongs. Stitch, Jumba and Pleakley are offered positions in the Galactic Alliance, turning them down so they can stay on Earth with Lilo, but Lilo realizes her alien friends have places where they belong – and it's finally time to say "aloha".

Plot Summary
The story begins after Dr. Jumba Jookiba, Pleakley, and Stitch have been recording and taming the genetic experiments Jumba had mistakenly launched across the Hawaiian islands. For their successful efforts, the Grand Councilwoman offers each of them a benefit. Stitch desires to be captain of the BRB (Big Red Battleship), Pleakley desires to teach college, and Jumba wishes to regain access to his laboratory.

The Antagonist's Plan
Things take an extreme turn when the atrocious Dr. Jacques Von Hamsterviel, who was Jumba's previous partner and a secondary villain of the initial movie, gets away from prison. He handles to press Jumba into producing a new experiment, "627", which turns out to be a red, harmful variation of Stitch called Leroy. Hamsterviel means to use Leroy to dominate deep space, starting with Earth, by using him to neutralize all 625 of Jumba's experiments.

Rescue Mission

Leroy and his clones are eventually defeated and sent out to prison along with Dr. Hamsterviel. The Grand Councilwoman again offers the rewards, however this time, recognizing they were happiest in the world with Lilo, they all choose to return there together. The movie concludes with a household picture session, recording all 625 experiments together, concluding the story of Lilo, Stitch, and their unique yet loving ohana.

"Leroy & Stitch" is a heartwarming, exciting ending to a beloved series, effectively carrying forward the themes of friendship, family, and 'ohana'.
