Introduction
"Officer Buckle and Gloria" is an animated short movie produced by Weston Woods Studios, Inc. and co-distributed by Scholastic Corporation. The film, launched in 1997 is directed by Pete List and was based on the 1995 children's book of the exact same name written by Peggy Rathmann. The book was a recipient of the Caldecott Medal for extraordinary kids's literature. It tells the humorous and touching story of an earnest school gatekeeper and his sassy, acrobatic police dog partner, Gloria.

Main Plot
