All at once, Drew, who was kicked out of Africa on his objective for his reckless behavior, battles with his individual satanic forces.

The story takes a twist when Jeremiah, a gay African-American bishop expelled from his church for having AIDS, checks out the college. He discovers a good friend in Peter, who appreciates Jeremiah's sincerity about his sexuality and his disease.

Rachel, who is Peter's sweetheart, feels jealous and omitted from Peter's relationship with Jeremiah. In the meantime, Drew deals with his sensations for Rachel and his increasing drug dependency.
