Race-car driver Blaine Striker grows concerned about his younger brother, a student at a medical school on the Caribbean island of St. Heron. General Turner has led a violent coup on this island and may be planning to blow up the school in order to blame the destruction on counterrevolutionaries. Striker infiltrates St. Heron, is captured, stripped to his tighty-whiteys, and electrotortured. He escapes, joins forces with the counterrevolutionaries, and foils a plot to assemble Russian missiles on the island.

Plot Summary

The plot starts when M'Gulaman exploits his power and guidelines with an iron fist, suffocating the locals and blocking any possibility of escape. His tyranny is identified by consistent kidnappings and human rights infractions. Adding more malice to his power, M'Gulaman has a cache of lethal nuclear weapons and has strategies to dominate and hazard the entire world.

The Hero's Call
Contesting this reign of terror is Jay Pring (James Ryan), a suave and skilled battle trainer and former Special Forces operative. Pring is sustained by personal vengeance as his girlfriend, a journalist investigating M'Gulaman's negotiations, is recorded and held captive. The remainder of the narrative charts Pring's journey, which is filled with many challenges and hardships, to complimentary not only his love but also the whole Viamanu island from the clutches of the dictatorial M'Gulaman.

Action and Climax
The story runs high on action with adrenaline-filled sequences, mesmerizing the audience throughout. Aided by Blaine, played by Henry Cele, a former liberty fighter who has been allegedly double-crossed by M'Gulaman, and Bainbridge (Cameron Mitchell), a skilled war veteran, Pring sets off to remove the autocrat.

The trio's journey is paved with hazardous battles, mind video games, and gripping chases. As they circumvent deadly traps and protect themselves versus M'Gulaman's forces, they likewise discover the intricacies of the bad guy's wicked plans. Each fight brings them closer to the final face-off, intensifying the tension and the anticipation of their encounter with M'Gulaman.

In the climax, Pring faces M'Gulaman, a fight occurs, and, unsurprisingly, Pring emerges triumphant. He frees his sweetheart and the oppressed Viamanu islanders, bringing an end to M'Gulaman's overbearing routine. The victory does not come without sacrifices however, with Bainbridge meeting a heroic end.

"Rage to Kill" embodies the quintessential 80s action film, loaded with machismo, high-octane battle series and stock characters. The brave hero, the damsel in distress, the totalitarian villain, and the loyal sidekick all make their looks in this story, developing a familiar yet amazing narrative.
