Introduction
"Ready to Rumble" is a 2000 American sports comedy movie directed by Brian Robbins, including World Champion Fumbling (WCW) professional fumbling characters. Actors David Arquette and Scott Caan handle the lead roles of Gordie Boggs and Sean Dawkins, 2 die-hard fumbling fans who embark on an extraordinary mission to reinstate their preferred wrestler's champion.

Plot
Gordie and Sean work as sanitation men, spending their spare time watching and admiring pro-wrestler Jimmy King. However, they witness King lose his championship to Diamond Dallas Page (DDP), a setup orchestrated by wrestling promoter Titus Sinclair. The good friends are ravaged to see their hero fall out of favor.

They later discover that King has sunk into anguish after losing whatever, including his household and reputation. Gordie and Sean decide to assist invigorate their hero and arrange his comeback. They find King hiding, intoxicated and desolate, in his trailer and manage to encourage him to combat back.

Training and Comeback
Gordie and Sean go on a mission to train King, including a side trip for training from wrestling legend Sal Bandini. There are many funny moments throughout training, such as King questioning their efforts and stopping working in early training efforts. Bandini is later on assaulted by Sinclair's jerks to keep him from training King.

Diamond Dallas Page, advised by Sinclair, publicly states a 'Triple Cage Match' for the champion to rattle King. Gordie and Sean get King's estreranged child to assist motivate him, which works as King brings himself together and begins training seriously.

Climactic Battle
At the climactic 'Triple Cage Match,' King has to beat DDP and a number of other wrestlers, including wrestling superstar Goldberg. King is at first overwhelmed due to Sinclair's machinations. Nevertheless, Gordie and Sean, together with King's boy, intervene in the match, taking down Sinclair's henchmen. This allows King to acquire the upper hand and win.

Conclusion
King regains his champion and his fame, likewise fixing up with his household thanks to Gordie and Sean. King agrees to a partnership with Gordie and Sean, meaning to stay in the wrestling scene. Gordie and Sean fulfill their individual dreams by becoming part of the wrestling world they appreciated.
