Overview
Stargate: The Ark of Truth is a 2008 Canadian-American military sci-fi film directed by Robert C. Cooper. Plot

After finding the Ark in the world Ortus Malum, the team comes across a military force of Ori followers, who later capture them. Marrick releases a Replicator on the Ori's ship, artificially created to cause destruction, which malfunctions and he loses control over it. This event turns the circumstance, starting a fight aboard the ship.

SG-1 manages to get away with the Ark into the ship, where Mitchell faces Marrick, infected and developed into a human-replicator hybrid. After a strong fight, Mitchell effectively defeats him. Tomin, Vala's hubby, and among the Ori's military commanders, disillusioned by the false godhood, helps the SG-1 team in releasing the Ark of Truth's power. The ark is triggered on the Ori's ship, revealing their incorrect godhood, and reprogramming their followers.

Final Revelation
The end carries a twist where the initial rose Ancients provide Morgan Le Fay an opportunity to rise, who consequently takes Adria, the Orici, and the staying force of Ori with her. This action brings peace to both the Milky Way and Alteran Home galaxies, while SG-1 go back to Earth with the triumph of defeating the Ori. They decide to continue their expedition of the galaxy with the Stargate.
