Introduction
"The Wild Thornberrys Movie" is an animated experience movie from 2002, produced by Nickelodeon Movies and Klasky Csupo. Based on the popular Nickelodeon animated television series, "The Wild Thornberrys", it features the voices of Lacey Chabert, Tim Curry, Flea, and others. The film weaves a story around the Thornberry household's journey through the Serengeti and the eldest child Eliza Thornberry's distinct ability to speak with animals.

Plot Synopsis
Eliza Thornberry has an unique talent, bestowed upon her by an African shaman, which enables her to communicate with animals. Her family comprises her eccentric wildlife documentary maker moms and dads, Nigel and Marianne, her sophisticated, rather vain, 16-year-old sis Debbie, an embraced wild kid Donny, and a genetically-enhanced, smart chimp called Darwin.

The motion picture plot unfolds in the African Savanna, where Eliza, fueled by her love for animals, fearlessly delves into a river to save an infant Cheetah from a predatory crocodile. After the event, her moms and dads decide it best for Eliza to go back to London and go to a boarding school for her security. Heartbroken, she bids goodbye to the wild.

The Adventure Begins
In London, Eliza receives a telepathic caution from her cheetah good friend Tally, who has been recorded by poachers. With Darwin, she escapes from the school and browses her way back to Africa. Along her journey, she encounters an elephants' rescue operation, which leads her to an envigorating solo of Paul Simon's 'Father and Daughter.'

Poachers & The Tally Rescue
In a pursuit to conserve Tally, Eliza and Darwin with the assistance of regional resident Boko whose town had been scared by poachers, thwart the plan of poachers Sloan and Bree Blackburn intending to kill countless elephants through a lethal fence during a solar eclipse. However, Eliza's secret slipped when she demands the poachers, who had actually taken her moms and dads as hostages, to launch Tally.

Conclusion
When Eliza's power is exposed in front of the poachers, they trap her, and she loses her abilities. Without her power, she feels defenseless to save the elephants and her family. Nevertheless, her love for wild animals and the African landscape dominates her fear, and she leads a pack of wild animals to save the day, chasing the poachers away. As a result, the shaman returns her powers as a benefit for her selfless bravery, restoring her capability to talk with animals.
