Despite the extraordinary wealth and technological advances of our nation, there are still numerous countless citizens who can not check out. This is a stark suggestion of the variations that exist between the haves and the have-nots. It is an uncomfortable idea that in a nation so sophisticated, a lot of individuals are not able to access the fundamental skills needed to prosper. It is a call to action to ensure that all citizens have access to the same opportunities and resources. We must strive to develop a society where everybody has the same possibility to prosper, despite their background or financial status. Only then can we truly call ourselves a terrific country.
